In the framework of the webinar series on "GENDER, DRUGS, AND JUSTICE" organized by the Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (ES-CICAD) of the OAS, this first webinar will address how gender dynamics influence the criminal justice system in the pre-trail stage, especially in the context of drug-related crimes, with special emphasis on alternatives to incarceration.
