The OAS Diploma aims to strengthen leadership skills and innovation capacities in public management within the current regional context, gain a transversal thematic perspective that addresses the challenges in democracy, human rights, multidimensional security and integral development.

ON-SITE WEEK | OAS DIPLOMA:

To obtain the certification of the OAS Diploma "Governance, Management and Public Leadership in the Inter-American System", participants are required to complete the on-site week in Washington, D.C. and pass 3 virtual trainings. The on-site week and courses can be taken separately.

The on-site week will take place from Monday, September 29 to Friday, October 3, 2025, at the OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C. and will be available in English and Spanish. The sessions will be led by authorities and specialists from the OAS General Secretariat and special guests from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Please note that the tuition fee for the on-site week only covers the registration cost. Each participant is responsible for processing their visa and covering their lodging and travel expenses in Washington, D.C.

Participants will have the opportunity to complete the 3 OAS virtual courses until December 2027. If you have taken virtual courses with the OAS from 2016 until now, these will be validated to complete the OAS Diploma. Please notify the names of the approved courses in the application form.
