Planning meeting for activities under the second phase of the Program "Gender in the Criminal Justice System." The main objective of this second phase is to contribute to strengthening institutional capacity to implement, enhance, monitor, and evaluate policies, programs, and/or practices related to alternatives to incarceration based on human rights and gender sensitivity, for drug-related offenses in participating OAS member states.
