To address the growing cybersecurity workforce gap, a structured and holistic approach to cybersecurity education and workforce development is needed. This project aims to support and guide Costa Rica in developing a comprehensive and targeted approach to strengthen its national cybersecurity education capacity. The Organization of American States, through the CICTE Cybersecurity Program, will provide technical assistance for the implementation of a systematic approach to achieve this objective.
