Regional Tabletop exercise in Antigua and Barbuda

In this exercise we test the preparedness and response capabilities of government agencies and private sector organizations in Antigua and Barbuda, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada and Dominica in the event of a coordinated cyber-attack on critical infrastructure.

Who participates:

19 government officials from Antigua and Barbuda, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada and Dominica.


Who it is aimed at:

Officials involved in critical infrastructure and cybersecurity of the Government of Antigua and Barbuda, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada and Dominica.


Expected Outcomes:

Conduct a regional cyber exercise focused on developing coordination of Caribbean countries in preparing for and responding to cyber-attacks to:


1. raise awareness of the threat landscape in relation to cyber-attacks.


2. Share best practices in cybersecurity, information security and critical infrastructure protection.

3. Consider the implications and consequences of a cyberattack against a critical service.


4. Explore response structures, capabilities and contingencies through a scenario-based simulation exercise.

5. Identify gaps and vulnerabilities that require technical or policy solutions.


6. Promote international cooperation and exchange of knowledge and experience.
