This workshop is aimed at prosecutors, law enforcement agency officials and analysts from the Financial Intelligence Units members of the Latin American Financial Action Group (GAFILAT). The objective of this workshop is to provide a space for GAFILAT members to better understand the challenges that illegal mining presents in our region and strengthen their capacities to share information, collaborate on investigations and potentially recover the assets of this crime.
