On July 15, 2022, with the presence and support of the ES-CICAD/OAS, through the Institutional Strengthening Unit, the inter-institutional agreement of the Therapeutic Justice Program was signed between the authorities of the state of Hidalgo. Also, the Pilot Program was officially launched. Present at the event were top-level representatives of the State Government, the President of the Superior Court of Justice, the head of the Justice System Support Unit of the Ministry of the Interior, representatives of the National Commission on Addictions of the Ministry of Health, and the INL Office of the U.S. Embassy in Mexico.
