On March 13, CICAD's Institutional Strengthening Unit organizes a visit to the State of Nuevo León with operators of the Baja California Sur Reparatory Agreement multidisciplinary team to provide technical assistance and implementation practices of the Therapeutic Justice Program.

Objective of the visit:

Observe and analyze the procedures applied in the Directorate of Alternative Mechanisms for Settlement of Disputes in Criminal Matters of the State of Nuevo León (DMASC in Spanish), with the purpose of having first-hand information that allows providing technical assistance and sharing practices of the implementation of the Therapeutic Justice Program by the team of the Specialized Body in Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms of Baja California Sur.
