Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The Department of Legal Cooperation as the Technical Secretariat for REMJA’s Working Group on Cybercrime periodically collects data and current legislative information on cybercrime from OAS Member States to carry out a “Diagnosis” of the Americas.
These efforts are performed with the assistance from relevant government bodies, such as the Office of the Attorney General, Department of Public Prosecutions, and Judicial Branches, as well as the Permanent Missions of the OAS, which compiles and shares this information with our Department.
